Dry needling
Dry needling is a technique that uses fine sterile needles with the goal of decreasing muscular pain, releasing tight muscles, and maintaining muscular health. The needles are inserted into the tight spots of a muscle (known as trigger points), resulting in an increase of blood flow to the area, further aiding the trigger point deactivation and desensitisation. Overall, dry needling is a brilliant technique that stimulates a healing response in the muscular tissue.
Dry needling is effective for:
Releasing Muscular Spasms
Shin Splints or Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome

• Sore arches (Tibialis Posterior Tendinopathy, Plantar Fasciosis)Pain or dysfunction caused by tight muscles
