refunds and exchanges policy

Returns

We want you to love your new shoes! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you need a different size or style, you may return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

  1. Time Frame: Must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. Condition: Items must be in their original, resalable condition, with all tags and accessories, and in the original packaging.

  3. Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process from when they arrive in our store (so we can check the shoes and ensure that it is in a resaleable condition).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale / Clearance items (this includes any shoes that are discounted more than 10%).

  • Gift cards/vouchers.

  • Consumable items such as creams, ointments, oils, salts and any other products we cannot resell at our discretion.

Return Process

  1. In-Store Returns: Bring the items you wish to return to our store along with your receipt.

  2. Mail-In Returns: To return items by mail, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

faulty items

In the case of a fault, we ask that photos be taken from the back, top, front and side views and sent to our email (hello@2rightfeet.com.au) for further investigation. We liaise with our brands in the case of faults and in most cases, the discretion of an exchange, refund or fix at our cost is determined by them. If this does occur, we will discuss it with you and keep you updated throughout the process.
