Gift Card Policy

Thank you for purchasing a gift card from us! Please read below our terms and conditions.

Acceptance of terms and conditions

By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you accept and become bound by the terms and conditions below, which will be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Please check these terms and conditions on the 2 Right Feet Podiatry website at regular intervals for any changes.

Purchasing Gift Cards

You may purchase Gift Cards In Store by payment in cash or by debit or credit card. Gift Cards may only be purchased with the value specified on the Gift Card.

How and when you can redeem a Gift Card

A Gift Card may only be redeemed by the purchase of goods and services in 2 Right Feet Podiatry clinic. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed by purchases online, over the telephone or by facsimile.

You may not use a Gift Card to make purchases that are prohibited or restricted by law.

Value remaining on the Gift Card

Once a Gift Card is redeemed and a portion of the value remains, the remaining value can only be redeemed by the same person who had used the Gift Card during the first visit. It cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed by another other person(s).

Purchases or bookings exceeding the value of a Gift Card

A Gift Card may only be redeemed by purchases up to the value specified on the Gift Card. If you wish to make a purchase that exceeds that value, you must pay the excess using another method of payment.

Multiple purchases using a Gift Card

A Gift Card may be redeemed in one or more transactions. When making purchases using the Gift Card, the balance on your Gift Card will be reduced by the value of the purchase. The remaining balance may be used by making future purchases subject to these terms and conditions.

Destruction of Gift Card

Once your Gift Card is fully redeemed, it should be destroyed.

Gift Cards that have been damaged or tampered with a Gift Card that has been damaged or altered, defaced or otherwise tampered with, whether for fraudulent purposes or otherwise, will become void and may not be redeemed. Such Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Expiry of Gift Cards

Gift Cards will expire from three years since their date of issue, or any other term as required by legislation, if they are not redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions they will be treated as expired and will have no value past the expiring date.

Lost or stolen Gift Cards

Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card. We are not responsible for any transactions using your Gift Card except to the extent that there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
