Part time podiatrist

We are on the search for an exceptional Podiatrist to help with our rapidly growing caseload here at 2 Right Feet Podiatry & Myotherapy! • You have the opportunity to join our small, but rapidly growing clinic in Kilsyth (on the cusp of the beautiful Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges!)

• Gain access to the newest technologies (such as Lunula Laser Therapy for fungal toenails and radial shockwave therapy) and increase your skills and toolkit through CPD opportunities and regular mentoring

• Work with our local community and referrers through seminars, events, and festivals

About us 

We started with humble beginnings with one single room rented from a Physiotherapy clinic back in mid 2019. Over the past 2 years, we quickly made an impression on the community with our outstanding patient outcomes and so we had to upsize into our own building in September this year. Since moving, we have been inundated with new patients and are now bursting at the seams to see to the demand. 

We have a strong belief that foot health is important to everyone that has feet, and that seeing a Podiatrist shouldn’t feel ‘medical’ or only for seniors. This is why we created a welcoming, clean, and boutique-like atmosphere (with lots of natural sunlight!) to ensure that our patients feel pampered and comfortable when seeing us. We invest in the best technology and are constantly learning so that our patients get only the best care.

Our core demographic are young families and so we tend to see a lot of sporting injuries and pathological dermatology (such as ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, and so on) so it’s safe to say the variety keeps the brain ticking and wards off the monotony of “work”!

We believe that everyone should be excited to go to work and enjoy their time there. Because we are a growing team, we value new opinions and ideas (in fact, we encourage them!) and want to continue fostering our fun, vibrant and bubbly team culture.

About you

We want a motivated, enthusiastic and positive person with initiative and a passion for Podiatry (especially in biomechanics) to join our team. We would prefer if you have had clinical experience in private practice, and extra bonus points if you have studied dry needling, prolotherapy, or FMT, however, we value your attitude towards work and life above all that. So, we welcome both experienced and new graduates to apply so long as you feel that describes you! We will structure your mentoring and onboarding journey around you, no matter where you fit on that scale. 

About the role

We are offering a permanent part (minimum 3 days) or full-time role for the right candidate! The role is to support our caseload while Jasmine goes on maternity leave. Therefore, we require you to be able to work at a minimum, Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (days can be negotiated, but these days are preferred). We have full administration support to help with bookings and finding new patients for you, and the sterilization is fully taken care of! As you are helping start up a small clinic, the opportunities for growth are boundless.
 

Remuneration

• Annual salary + bonuses for exceptional clinical performance and teamwork

• CPD allowance
